3. Avoid purchasing a flat having its entrance directly opposite the lift, stairs, or neighbor’s door.
4. Ensure that the bed is not in the following directions: South of Southwest (SSW- direction of disposal & expenditure), West of Northwest (WNW- Direction of depression), and East of SouthEast (ESE- direction of churning).
5. It’s always good to have windows on the Eastern and Northern sides for better lighting and ventilation. Avoid bigger windows and balconies in the Southwest(SW)
6. Puja place is good in directions between the North of NorthWest to the East and the West.
7. The kitchen’s (burner) is good in fire element directions- Southeast, the South of Southeast(SSE), East*, West* & Northwest*.
8. Avoid toilet/kitchen in the NNE & Northeast directions; column/pillar/pit in the center (Brahmasthaan) and entrance in the SSW & SW as all these are non-treatable.
9. Flat/apartments must not be near any place that contributes to negativity like burial sites, hospitals, judicial courts, police stations, railway tracks, etc.
10. Last but not least- the immediate neighboring building in the East or North must not be higher than your building.
